I am a British artist who lives and works in Alton Hampshire, England. I received my BA in Fine Art at the University for the Creative Arts in Surrey, UK. I also completed my MA in Fine Art at the University for the Creative Arts in Surrey in 2018.

As an artist my main concern is how I can challenge people to see the possibilities in beauty through pre-used building materials where others see functionality.

The use of pre-used building materials in my work is very important to me as I have transitioned from a builder into a contemporary artist. I know how the building materials work in their usual background, but I am now keen to see how I can present them as contemporary works of art.

I have exhibited nationally and internationally and have had a number of solo exhibitions around England: Open Studio Exhibition, University for the Creative Arts, Farnham, Surrey (2016) Sculptural Painting Configurations, The Royal Marsden Hospital, Sutton, Surrey (2018) and Remnants from Ewhurst, Surrey, The Old Diorama Arts Centre Gallery, 201 Drummond St, Regent’s Place, London (2019).

Selected group exhibitions that I have been involved in include: Milk Money at The Redchurch St Gallery, Iris Turns at The OXO Tower - Bargehouse, Granular at Lewisham Arthouse, Artrooms 18, International Contemporary Art Fair at The Melia White House, Affiliate at Safehouse 2, Talking Point - ('A watwei show') at The Lethaby Gallery, Flux Exhibition at The National Army Museum, 'From ArtCan with love' at The Fitzrovia Gallery, The London Group Open Exhibition at The Cello Factory, Elevate 02 at The Shard, Housekeeping Exhibition at The Jeannie Avent Gallery, #Fakenews at The Offshoot Gallery, Lockdown Works at The Lounge Bar, In the Dark III: BEING THERE, at St John's Crypt and Coming up for Air at St John's Church Gardens.

I received the JPES Partnership prize at The London Group Open Exhibition in 2019 and was elected by The London Group Membership Committee to become a member in 2020, and my works have been collected in various private collections.
